What's in every report
1. Verdict at the top
One line: matches the listing, matches with differences, or doesn't match. You know where you stand in five seconds.
2. Listing versus reality
Each claim in the listing, side by side with what the checker actually found.
3. Photos and video
Timestamped photos with location data, taken from the listing's angles, plus a video walkthrough or live call if you booked one.
4. The area
Street, parking, noise, nearby building work, and the real walking time to the places the listing mentions.
5. Your questions answered
Every question you asked, answered in writing.
6. What to do next
Practical advice: questions to ask the host, safer ways to pay, and anything to confirm in writing before you book.
